Products

We strive to accurately display product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Because our products may be produced in limited runs, availability is not guaranteed until an order has been successfully processed.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the item is not yet in stock and will ship at a future date.

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payment is collected at the time an order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store complete payment card information on our servers.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate and complete.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery timelines are controlled by the carrier and may vary.

Returns & Refunds

If your puzzle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Because puzzles are physical products, opened products may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or shipped in error.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process, if applicable.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, logos, photographs, branding, website content, and related materials are the property of Zilris, Inc. and/or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zilris, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.
